My dad is learning how to use a computer for work. Today he had his first lesson, and feeling ambitious he sent me the following message over Google Talk:

Unfortunately, I was not at my computer to receive it, but I wish you could have heard the excitement in his voice when he later asked me, "did you get my email? It takes me half an hour to type my name." I didn't have the heart to break it to him that he actually sent me an instant message. Welcome to the Internets, dad.
